Last weekend we rented a car and took a couple of day trips. I think Gabriella was just as happy as her parents to be in a car.
Until she got car sick! Her crazy parents decided to take the back road, and about 20 minutes into the ride, Gabriella says "mama, my tummy hurts." I almost had her out of her car seat when she lost it. She threw up all over herself. Poor thing; after that she was a happy camper.
It's a good thing we had a hoodie and some tights in the bottom of her stroller. Lol!!! The rest of the day, we heard "mama, dada, my tummy ok now."
We set out to visit Grotte de choranche, the picture below is the walk up to the grotte.

On our way home, we stopped at Pont-en-Royans on our way home.
On Sunday, we took Gabriella out to Lac de Laffrey. She was dying to go swimming after she watched all the other kids jump in. But when I tried to take her in the water, she decided it wasn't as much fun as it looked.
She had a ton of fun with her sand buckets and water can though.
Happy Mother's Day! Glad that we were able to talk this morning. Hey just love the pictures. The gratto looks really neat except for those baby snakes. ha! Was Gabby afraid of them?

ReplyDeleteParker loves to look at the salamadars, I think we look at that picture every day. Parker loved talking to you guys are skype, as soon as we got off he wanted to get back on and talk with you all, so I guess I better get better at getting on skype so Parker can see you all.
